A perfect substitute to a salad on a cold winters night
12 brussel sprouts
1 cup of seedless grapes
Handful of walnuts
Boil brussel sprouts until just tender - then put in baking tray and coat in olive oil. Bake in oven for around 10 minutes at 190ºC. Add grapes to the brussel srouts and drizzle with vinocotto. Bake for another 10 minutes or until brussel sprouts have started to caramelize. Remove from oven and toss in walnuts.
